1. Who runs this site
Mainstay Automation LLC runs this site and the Be Afraid Hunt for Alien Atmosphere. Its contact details are in section 1 of the official rules.
2. What this site collects now
Nothing you type. The entry form and pre-registration do not accept anything yet. This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics.
3. Hosting
Vercel hosts this site and Cloudflare carries its traffic. Like any web host, they receive technical details such as your IP address and browser type when your browser requests a page.
4. Services inside the page
Until Oct 30, the main page loads the official pre-save panel from LANDR and its Feature.fm service as soon as you open it. Choosing a music service there connects you to that service under its own terms and privacy policy. After the song is out, the LANDR panel loads only when you choose to listen.
From the video release, the main page loads the official video player from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. It plays only when you press play.
5. Before entries open
Before the entry form or pre-registration accepts anything, this notice will say what each one collects, why, who can see it and how long it is kept.
6. Questions
Write to the Sponsor at the contact in section 1 of the official rules.
